License Renewal

Renewals keep eligible recurring services, licenses and support coverage available for the next service period. The exact date, amount and renewal method depend on your order or individual agreement.

How to renew

1. Sign in to your customer account and open the relevant service or invoice.
2. Confirm the renewal period, price and billing details.
3. Complete payment using an available method.
4. Keep the confirmation and verify that the service status updates in the portal.

If your service was purchased through a partner or reseller, follow the billing process provided by that contracted provider.

If payment is late or unsuccessful

A failed or late payment may leave a service past due, limited or suspended. Access and restoration are not guaranteed until outstanding amounts and any required verification are completed. If you believe a payment succeeded but the portal has not updated, open a ticket and include the invoice or transaction reference—never full card details.

Cancellation and refunds

To stop a future renewal, submit the cancellation through the authorised support channel and within any notice period in your agreement. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund entitlement. Commenced, prepaid, provisioned or allocated services are generally non-refundable, subject to mandatory law and the formal policy.

Service notices and availability

Billing, risk, compliance or platform events may result in an account-level notice, dashboard message or email. Technical incidents and maintenance are separate from billing support; use the service status channel when an active service is experiencing an outage.
