How do I create a support ticket?

Log in to your account, navigate to the Tickets page, and click "Create Ticket". Fill in the subject, select a department and category, describe your issue, and submit.

How do I register for a customer account?

Click the "Sign Up" button on the login page. Fill in your name, email, and password. You can also sign up using your Envato account if Envato integration is enabled.

Where can I find the Knowledge Base?

The Knowledge Base is accessible from the Support Center homepage. You can browse articles by category or use the search bar to find specific topics.

What are the ticket priority levels?

We offer four priority levels: Low (general inquiries), Medium (standard issues), High (urgent problems affecting workflow), and Critical (system-down situations requiring immediate attention).

How long does it take to get a response?

Response times depend on ticket priority and current queue. Critical tickets are addressed within hours, while standard tickets are typically responded to within 24 business hours.

Can I reopen a closed ticket?

Closed tickets cannot be reopened directly. If you need further assistance on the same issue, please create a new ticket and reference the previous ticket number.
